No, it’s more than that. Without exercise your body will not operate as effectively as it can. Your body is designed to move. Your lymphatic system which clears waste from your body depends on it.
If you don’t exercise you will stagnate, physically mentally and emotionally.
The trick is to find something you enjoy doing. Even the simple exercise of walking can produce benefits for your whole self.
